Privacy Policy — Undercut Racing

Undercut Racing: Team Manager is a single-player motorsport management game published by Peak IT Solutions (za.co.undercut.racing). This policy explains what the app does and does not do with data.
The short version. Undercut Racing has no accounts, no servers of its own, and does not collect, transmit or share personal information. Your saved game stays on your phone.
What is stored on your device
Your career — your team, drivers, finances, results and settings — is written to your device's app storage and nowhere else. It is not uploaded, backed up to us, or shared. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
Advertising and purchases
The current version contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. If either is added in a future version, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and it will name the services involved and what they collect.
Children
Undercut Racing is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
Under South Africa's POPIA and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal information is held about you and to have it corrected or deleted. We hold none: there is no account and no server.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the updated version replaces this page.
